( 1) flower board

The flower board is made of carbon steel with a thickness of 5mm and has reinforcing ribs. It has strong resistance to bending during operation. The incision treatment of the flower plate holes also has extremely strict technical requirements, ensuring that the flower plates and the filter elements are perfectly tightly combined. The dust chamber is the lower shell module of the dust collector, and the module contains filter elements ranging from the top of the ash bucket to the flower board. The dust chamber module is equipped with ribs to ensure operation under design pressure. This is factory pre-assembled to ensure accurate matching and leak-free welding.

The top-mounted spring expansion ring filter bag adopts the top-mounted spring expansion ring form, which can fully guarantee the sealing between the filter bag and the flower plate. At the same time, the structure is adopted, which makes the installation and disassembly of the filter bag more convenient. No special tools are required, and special polymer coated filter bags are used to provide a stable and long service life under normal operating conditions.

3. Pulse injection system

( 1) blow pipe

Pulse jet cleaning, that is, the backflush gas pulse is directly sprayed from the top of each filter bag center to remove the dust collected on the surface of the filter bag, and the online gas pulse forms an instantaneous "shock wave" and Wenli effect, which can effectively make The aggregate on the outer surface of the filter bag loosens and falls, so that the filter unit can have a higher air-to-cloth ratio than other systems, and this design reduces maintenance costs while preventing airflow fluctuations, ensuring filtration efficiency, and prolonging filter bag life.

( 2) Pulse air bag

Pulse air bags are supplied with pulse valves, solenoid valves, mounting plates, and other parts. The air bag is machined from carbon steel pipe to ensure the service life; at the same time, the air bag is rigorously tested by the factory to ensure that the valve works normally and there is no leakage.

( 3) Split blowpipe group

The split blow group uses specially developed retaining clips to ensure accurate centering of the blow port and filter. Special blowpipe connection components ensure good support and precise centering.

( 4) 1-1/2” (48mm) diaphragm type pulse cleaning valve

The choice of double diaphragm valve, after expert design, will provide higher cleaning efficiency than ordinary single diaphragm valve. As the cleaning effect is enhanced and the efficiency is improved, the number of cleaning operations is reduced, which saves back-blowing gas and extends the life of the filter bag. High quality and reliable pulse valve with a life of more than 1 million times.

( 5) Controller and instrumentation electrical

The timing cleaning controller can automatically control the cleaning of the pulse valve, and manually set the cleaning time and interval. The controller uses a voltage of 220V. The control pulse time is adjustable from 30 to 350ms and the pulse interval is adjustable from 5sec to 180 sec.
