According to the announcement, Dongfang Guoxin intends to purchase 100% equity of Ruisoft Technology held by Li Yuqiang, Liu Wennan, Yin Jiangling, Shi Xuedan, Ruisi Hairong and Changzhou Hummingbird through the combination of issuing shares and paying cash. The transaction price is 364 million yuan. Among them, the company plans to issue 12.0542 million shares at 21.76 yuan/share, paying 262 million yuan, and the remaining 102 million yuan will be paid in cash. The stock price before the suspension of the company was 27.47 yuan.
It is understood that Ruisoft Technology was established in 2004, the company mainly focuses on providing health care data collection, cleaning, exchange and sharing solutions for health authorities and hospitals.
