4.1 Preparation before packaging
4.1.1 Turn off the UV lamp (the UV light is turned on when the workshop technician produces the day before work).
4.1.2 Check the cleaning status of the workshop and equipment, check the clearance certificate, verify the validity period, remove the label plate, and set the management according to the production department label management regulations.
4.1.3 The preparation squad leader fills in the working state according to the production instruction and hangs the production signboard at the designated position.
4.1.4 Install the mold according to the process requirements. Wipe the double aluminum hopper, the lower groove, the aluminum foil rolling shaft, the conveyor belt, the mold and the related instruments that directly contact the tablets with 75% ethanol.
4.1.5 Obtain the intermediate products and aluminum foils that need to be double-aluminum packaging from the intermediate station, check the product name, specification, batch number and quantity, and check the appearance quality, and handle the handover according to the procedure.

4.2 Packaging operations
4.2.1 Start the air compressor and check the air pressure, cooling water, vacuum pump oil level, and vacuum. Turn on the aluminum-plastic packaging machine power switch and warm up for 20-25 minutes.

4.2.2 According to the "DPP-250 Multi-Plate Flat Automatic Aluminum-Plastic Packaging Machine Standard Operating Procedures", install PVC and aluminum foil, adjust the machine until the machine automatically absorbs the plastic in the correct position and punches out the qualified packaging plate. . 4.2.3 Pour the semi-finished product into the hopper of the aluminum-plastic packaging machine and adjust the speed of the blanking, which can be formally packaged. 4.2.4 When the sheet or capsule is not filled in the PVC blister, it should be filled with tweezers in time.

The surface of the film and packaging material is damaged, oily and foreign matter adhered, and the airtightness is not strict. The unqualified products are removed. The statistical quantity of the products that have been packaged is submitted to the intermediate station for handover according to the intermediate product handover procedure. The intermediate station administrator fills in the check-up form and sends it to the Quality Supervision Department for inspection.
4.2.6 When replacing PVC or aluminum foil, the interface should stop feeding to avoid the increase of unqualified products. 4.2.7 When the semi-finished powder is adhered to the heat-sealing board, the quality of the heat-sealing is affected. At this time, the machine should be shut down, and the adhered powder can be cleaned before being turned on again.
4.2.8 After the operation is completed, fill in the production record. Remove the signboard, hang up the clearance card, follow the standard operating procedures of the clearing field, and clean the standard operating procedures of the aluminum-plastic packaging machine for clearing and cleaning. After the clearance is completed, fill in the clearance record, report to the quality inspector for inspection, and pass the clearance certificate after the qualification is passed, and hang up the clearance card. 4.3 Precautions
4.3.1 During the production process, the mind should be concentrated, pay close attention to the operation of the machine, and do not touch the place that should not be touched by hand to avoid burns or crushing. For the machine running parts, the appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be dripped as required. 4.3.2 Pay attention to the direction of PVC aluminum foil at the time of starting the machine to prevent deviation.
4.3.3 If the machine is found to be faulty, it shall be shut down in time to notify the maintenance personnel, and it shall not be dismantled or disordered.
