Among them, Jinguang Foods (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. said in a statement that the red rose shortening, seagull quick-frozen oil and flagship emulsified oil supplied by the company are made from refined vegetable oil as the main raw material and produced through quenching and kneading processes. No hydrogenation process is used in the production of oil products. What kind of process is "quenching and kneading"? Does it mean that hydrogenated vegetable oil is not included?

On the issue of food safety, when thinking about the processing technology and ingredient composition of glutinous rice dumplings, it is necessary to explain to the public why the use of vegetable oil in glutinous rice balls is necessary. Whether glutinous rice oil is used in glutinous rice dumplings or not? The purpose is to also think about food innocence on the one hand, and on the other hand to eliminate doubts from the public.
