How to use the agricultural machinery throttle correctly

The following six points should be noted for the correct use of the agricultural machinery throttle:

1. It is forbidden to repeatedly step on the throttle before starting.

Some drivers repeatedly step on the gas pedal to start the operation of the carburetor and the acceleration device, so that more gasoline is injected into the cylinder to meet the needs of starting. This does not only help the tractor start, but also increases the wear of the fuel pump control and the oil adjustment mechanism.

Second, when starting the engine, the throttle opening is preferably small.

At the start, the fuel should be slightly before the clutch linkage point, and the accelerator pedal should not be stepped on, just above the idle throttle. Relax the clutch to work closely with the throttle, and the movement is quick.

Third, the throttle should be reduced when separating the clutch

Some operators do not reduce the throttle in time when the clutch is disengaged, causing the engine's large throttle to idling, causing the speed to rise suddenly, which not only wastes fuel, but also aggravates the wear of the transmission system.

4. During operation, the throttle should be increased or decreased according to the road conditions and actual needs.

The gears selected should be appropriate so that the engine runs at medium speed and a large throttle for most of the time to save fuel. Coordination should be made when adding gears, adding clutches, and stepping on the accelerator pedal.

5. When going uphill, do not step on the accelerator pedal

Do not step on the accelerator pedal when you are sloping. When using a low speed gear, the throttle should generally be stepped on half. If the accelerator pedal is stepped down by three-quarters while the engine is still unable to increase the speed correspondingly, it should be replaced with the lower first gear and then the accelerator pedal should be pressed to accelerate.

6. When cleaning, the throttle should be closed.

When the locomotive is being serviced, the crankshaft is cranked. If the throttle is not closed, the injector will continuously inject oil into the cylinder. This not only wastes fuel, but also a part of the fuel flows into the oil sump along the cylinder wall, diluting the oil and accelerating the machine. Parts are worn. (Ao Xia)
