At the same time, PLC The programmable controller output control signal controls the solid state relay SSR to conduct, and the solid state relay controls the heater heating to make the cabinet warm and dehumidify.

When the temperature reaches the set value, the temperature controller outputs the PID control signal PLC, and the PLC outputs a control signal to the time relay KT to start the heat preservation timing, and at the same time, close the inlet fan and the exhaust disc valve. The electric heating is continuously opened and closed by PID control, and the box body is in the hot air circulation heat preservation and sterilization stage.

When the heat preservation sterilization time reaches the set value, the time relay outputs a signal to the PLC, and the PLC outputs the full closed electric heating, and the water cooling electromagnetic valve is opened to make the suction and conduction, so that the box is in the cooling and cooling stage. When the temperature inside the box drops ≤40 °C, the temperature controller outputs a control signal to the PLC, and the PLC output turns off the hot air circulation fan, and the dry sterilization cycle program ends. The moisturizing and safety of the hot air circulation oven is guaranteed. Its operation is very stable, the material drying is relatively uniform, and the corresponding temperature can be automatically adjusted, which is intelligent and convenient.

Of course, in use, we should pay attention to whether the items that need to be dried and heated in the hot air circulation oven are placed too much, whether the exhaust ducts remain unobstructed, and so on. It is necessary to first keep warm for one hour according to the operating instructions, and then the hot air circulation oven can perform intelligent automatic operation. At the same time, the corresponding equipment in the oven should be illuminated according to the order, which is normal. We should also pay attention to the setting of heating time. Heating for a long period of time is likely to cause the glass container inside the oven to be broken, which also leads to an increase in power consumption.
