4. Weak mushrooms. The mushroom body is soft and not straight. Cause: High temperature and lack of oxygen. 6. Side mushrooms. A mushroom body grows around the wall of the bag. Reason: The material is loose, especially the softer culture material. Preventive measures: The material is packed tightly and compactly, evenly up and down, so that the material sticks to the wall of the bag; the formed side mushrooms die to death and prevent nutrient consumption.
7. Open the umbrella early. Bacteria cover unfolds prematurely or falls off. Reasons: 1 lack of water content of culture materials; 2 bags are short, the stipe will soon grow out of the bag mouth, excessive oxygen supply, and the temperature is high. Prevention methods: pay attention to replenishment; properly control the concentration of carbon dioxide in the bag, add a film bag; cool down when the temperature is high.
8. Stipe base connection.
