3, 5 days before stocking, moderately good pond water quality. The mixed fertilizer with amino acid fertilizer, biological bacterial fertilizer, B-peptide fertilizer and EM bacteria is used to increase the natural active food organisms in the water, and at the same time, the dissolved oxygen in the water is increased.
4, 2-3 hours before stocking, splash high-stable micro-C and immune polysaccharides, and at the same time open oxygenation equipment or spill oxygen enhancer to enhance the anti-stress response ability of macrolarvae when stocking.
5, pay attention to the quality of large-eyed larvae. We should select large-eyed larvae, which are large in size, and cultivated in earthen ponds, and must have sufficient desalination, individual specifications, and strong vigor.
6. Strengthen the transportation management of big-eyed larvae. Keep proper temperature and humidity during transportation and moderate ventilation if necessary.
7. Adding a certain amount of dried fly maggot powder in the special breeding feed for a period of 2 days after stocking, to increase the immunity and survival rate.
8. In the later stage of cultivation, biological bacterial fertilizer and EM bacteria should be applied regularly to maintain good water quality.
