Three ideas to promote the development of domestic biological instruments

The 21st century is a biological century, which provides a huge space for the development of domestic biological instruments. However, China's original foundation in this respect is relatively weak. We want to make a difference in the biological century, show the status and level that China must have, and there are many jobs that require us to work hard. As a private high-tech enterprise with 20 history, from the process of research and development, production and sales of biological instrument products, we have realized that there are three main factors at home and abroad that restrict the development of biological instruments:

1 Research units and enterprises should carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation

Since entering the market economy, the response of enterprises to technology sensitivity and market demand has undergone great changes, and enterprises are very advantageous in this regard. For example, some R&D units are still developing projects, and some companies have already brought it to the market. However, there are some problems in the R&D of the enterprise, and it is difficult to form a high-quality, high-level R&D team. Therefore, companies need to strengthen cooperation with research units to jointly develop domestic biological instruments.

At present, the asking price for research and cooperation between R&D units, colleges and production enterprises is often high, and the resource integration mechanism is relatively poor. Research institutes and enterprises are often two skins, and cooperation opportunities are often passed by. Foreign research institutions and enterprises have formed a long-term mechanism, and the general professors are part-time in the enterprise. Therefore, it is hoped that the relevant government departments will issue relevant encouragement policies and encourage researchers, professors and other researchers to work part-time.

2 Establishing domestically produced instruments, increasing support, and severely punishing violations and corruption in bidding

There are two situations in this regard:

(1) In the current bidding operation process, the bidding party often only pays attention to low prices, only looks at the parameters, does not pay attention to the product quality and reputation of the enterprise, and often appears irresponsible bidding enterprises to blindly respond to the parameters first, then the low price wins the bid, winning the bid After the assault organization production, resulting in unstable product performance, quality is not guaranteed, unreliable use, its behavior is destroying the credibility of domestic products, forming a vicious circle. At the same time, there is corruption in the bidding process, which is unfavorable to fair competition and affects the development of domestically produced instruments.

(2) Some research and use units blindly pursue the purchase of imported products and despise domestic brands. We have learned that some institutions have purchased a large number of imported instruments in order to cope with the acceptance, and believe that the imported products are of high quality and high level, reflecting academic or research level. The actual situation is that some equipment has not been used for a few years, and the taxpayer's money is wasted.

To this end, it is hoped that the relevant departments of the state will severely punish corruption in bidding, and advocate the establishment of domestically produced products to ensure that services are guaranteed and valuable to use, so that users in the biological field can truly use the best domestic products. Conducive to the development of domestic biological instruments.

Nowadays, there are already many homes in the national industrialization base. In recent years, many excellent enterprises and excellent instrument products have emerged. Can these excellent products be included in the procurement catalogues of governments at all levels? Can it be included in the national procurement catalogue for imported products? And support in the tax rate.

3 Further strengthen the communication of domestic biological instrument development information

Now, there is not much time left in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". How can our company develop in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan"? How to exert the power of our private high-tech enterprises for the country's economic and social development? The state is required to further strengthen the management of information in this area, so that national information can communicate faster and promote the faster and better development of enterprises and research units at all levels.

Objectively speaking, due to the role of the Internet, the state's information management has undergone great changes compared with the past. From the national government departments to the provincial government departments, the provincial government departments to the municipal government departments are relatively smooth. However, government departments are not very smooth between industries or enterprises. For example, we are not quite sure what is urgently needed in the countries in our industry. What does the state encourage to develop? What does the local encourage to develop? Some are caged and unified, and some are not even in the cage. Although there are also industry associations, they have not played a real role. As a grassroots enterprise, in order to seek development opportunities, there are often very large blindness, and there are many glorious sacrifices (closed).

The ability of a grassroots enterprise is limited, but it is wholehearted to serve the motherland. We very much hope that we can promptly need the information urgently needed by the state and relevant departments. We will try our best to invest and do well.
