Biogas digester management knowledge

1. Daily management of biogas digesters The use of biogas digesters is of great importance in relation to daily management. As the saying goes, “three-point pool construction and seven-point management are required.” The management of biogas digesters should be “four fields”, ie, ground feeding, Diligent discharge, diligent mixing and diligent inspection.
1.1 To do diligent feeding, diligent material discharge, how much, how much, first out and backwards.
1.2 To stir frequently, slag is pumped with a piston in a slag evacuation tube every day for 10 minutes and forced reflux stirring is performed.
1.3 Determine and adjust the pH of the fermentation broth (PH6.8-7.6).
1.4 Maintain the proper concentration of fermentation raw materials in the tank, and the suitable concentration of fermentation raw material for the digester is 6%-12%. The concentration in summer is not less than 6%, and the concentration in winter is not higher than 12%.
1.5 Wintering Management of Biogas Digesters a. It is best to completely recharge the biogas digesters before entering the winter b. Insulate the biogas digesters
2. Biogas tank safety management
2.1 The new pool fire test should be performed on the lamp or stove, and it is forbidden to test the fire on the air pipe.
2.2 The intake and discharge ports of the digester should be covered to prevent humans and animals from falling into the tank and causing casualties.
2.3 Always observe changes in the pressure gauge. When the gas production in the tank is strong and the pressure in the tank is too high, immediately use gas or deflate to prevent the air box from rising.
2.4 When a biogas tank cover is opened, lighting or smoking shall not be lit around the mouth of the pool. Animal experiments shall be conducted before the person enters the pool. Personnel entering the pool may only be illuminated by flashlight or explosion-proof light. It is forbidden to use an open flame.
3. Safe use of biogas digesters
3.1 When using biogas, first light the firelighter and turn the switch (except the electronic ignition stove).
3.2 Biogas lamps, stoves and gas pipelines must not be located close to flammable materials such as firewood to prevent fire. In the event of a fire, the switch should be immediately turned off to shut off the air supply.
3.3 It is forbidden to ignite the test gas in the gas pipe of the biogas tank so as not to cause flashback and explosion.
3.4 If a smelly rotten egg is smelled indoors, open doors or windows quickly and ventilate or blow air to expel the biogas to the outdoors. Do not use an open flame at this time to prevent fire.
3.5 During use, when the flame is blown out or extinguished by water, immediately close the valve and open the window for ventilation. In this case, it is forbidden to use all types of fire and power switch to avoid fire.

KN95 Masks are anti-virus. KN95 masks are similar to N95 masks, except that one is a Chinese standard and the other is an American standard.

If there are two numbers of 95, it means that the protective ability of this mask is above 95%. That is to say, for tiny substances larger than 0.3 micrometers, the mask has a defensive ability of more than 95%, and it can block tiny substances larger than 0.3 micrometers outside the mask. Viruses and bacteria are generally larger than 0.7 micrometers. Therefore, using a mask such as KN95 can effectively protect against viruses.
