Compared with the existing water purifiers in the market, it can also supplement the beneficial ions needed by the human body - potassium ions, sodium ions and silicate ions. After the water body was purified by the wheat water purifier, the TDS value was reduced from 120 mg/L to 15 mg/L. Under the circumstance, more wheat gluten biscuits with higher added value such as nutrition are favored by the public. If the project team market research and release uses low-cost wheat grains, the profit of the bakery will increase by 30% and the sales volume will increase by 15%. The low-cost, high-nutrient properties of wheat grains can solve the food crisis in some mountain villages in China.
