1, the season choice. The growth temperature range of Agrocybe agrocybe is wider, and mycelium can grow at 8-34°C, but 22-26°C is appropriate. The fruit body differentiation temperature is 13°C-32°C, and the optimum temperature is 20°C-28°C. According to the temperature characteristics of Agrocybe aegerita, the northern region can be cultivated in the spring and autumn, and the southern provinces can be cultivated all year round. But to grasp the "two levers": First, 40-50 days after inoculation, the local temperature does not exceed 32 °C; Second, from the inoculation date, push forward 60 days into the mushrooming period, the local temperature does not exceed 30 °C, Not lower than 15°C.

2, cultivation methods. It can be cultivated in the summer leisure period in the wild mushroom sheds by adopting the indoor cultivation of bag materials. In about 15 days, the original primordium appears, spraying water once in the morning and in the evening, maintaining the relative humidity at about 85%, and strengthening ventilation and scattering light to promote robust growth of fruiting bodies, deepening color, and increasing commodity rates.

7, pest control. Select mycelium that thrives vigorously to increase its resistance to stress; before the bag is put into the shed, the contaminated part of the bacteria should be removed, and the mushrooms should be individually isolated to prevent cross-infestation; the mushroom shed must be strictly disinfected; In order to avoid affecting food safety, efforts should be made to create environmental conditions suitable for mushroom growth, maintain the growth advantages of fruiting bodies, and enhance their immunity;

8, harvest processing. Chazi mushroom fruit body is easy to fall off, the tide is not obvious, harvesting should be timely, not too familiar, so as not to affect the quality. The maturation is based on the fact that the pellicle membrane is not broken. After the harvest, light and temperature management must be strengthened to promote the regeneration of the second wave mushroom.
